Problem Statement
There are many steps that are not accounted for in most African supply chain apps. This solution is structured to enhance operational execution by creating visibility around Sales Force Effectiveness and Right Execution Daily which makes it possible for the various teams to win every day in the market place and tracks metrics that really matter.

Sokoflow is now currently used by more than 10 companies both in Kenya and Tanzania.

Key Learning
The need to consider accessibility from the start to ensure inclusivity for all users.
The value of iterative design and user testing to refine the UI based on feedback.
Creating a comprehensive design system ensured consistency across the app's interface, from colors and typography to interactions and navigation. This streamlining of design elements made it easier for users to navigate and enhanced the overall user experience.
